Relationship with Frame Vendor stays in place and Member will still be supported by the Frame Brand Representative. Some Frame Vendors will still have requirements that must be met, some brands will also have distribution requirements that must be in compliance. (See Distribution Guidelines available on request and for download in the Frame Dream Portal). The Frame Vendor will do the following:
- Send appropriate POP
- Deliver Brand training (if necessary)
- Support Member on-boarding with brand swap(s) as described in this document
- Service the Members’ boards to help identify that the correct assortment and quantities are represented. Frame Vendors are partners in the Program.
The Frame Vendor has visibility into the modules that the Member orders and expects the product to stay on the board at all times, as outlined in the Board Management section below. Frame Vendor Representative should continue to visit the member with unchanged frequency; Frame Vendor Representative’s visits should focus on product trainings, visual merchandising assistance and proper merchandising of the product on the board.
