• Beside warranties, returns are accepted for the reasons defined in the Board Management section of the Frame Dream Program Overview. For returns for reasons beyond these, for example: ordering mistakes, Member should contact their Frame Dream Field Consultant and request will be evaluated on a case by case basis. Frame Dream will not accept returns of any product which was not purchased through Frame Dream.
  • No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization. If Member fails to obtain a Return Authorization prior to shipping back product, Frame Dream reserves the right to return the product to the Member or charge a restocking fee. Please make sure that the RA# is visible on the outside of the package. Lenses for re-dos or defects are not required to be returned in order to receive credit, however, we will request for the lenses to be returned to the lab for the purpose of continuously improving our production processes.
