• What’s covered for frames: All Frame Dream frames are warranted for two years (unless stated differently in the Distribution Guidelines document), from the date of purchase against manufacturer’s defects in material and workmanship. Warranty is only valid with a proof of purchase from Frame Dream that clearly shows the purchase date. Examples of manufacturing defect are premature flaking or deterioration of frame coating, or soldering defects of temple hinges and/or barrels.
  • What’s not covered by warranty for frames: Examples of items not covered by Frame Dream or Frame Vendor warranty are normal wear and tear (scratches), damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, or improper use/ storage of product, damage caused by chemicals such as hair spray, window cleaner, etc., unauthorized modifications or repairs, and loss of eyewear.
  • What’s covered for Lenses: All lens warranties for lenses purchased through the integrated Vision Source Laboratory, remain unchanged and follow standard Essilor warranty guidelines.
  • Claims: Member can contact Frame Dream Customer Service for warranty claims and information. Return Authorization for manufacturer defect will be issued by Frame Dream Customer Service on the customer declaration that product included has a manufacturing defect, and will be subject to a restocking fee or returned shipment if not. If Member wishes to return any Frame Dream product for warranty issues, Member must have a return authorization prior to shipping back product.
