Your Practice Management System must be properly mapped to the GPN platform so that products and lab jobs can be accurately identified and classified.
Incorrect or incomplete mapping may prevent certain products or lab jobs from being recognized correctly. This can affect the total number of lab jobs reported through GPN and, consequently, your Lab Share calculation.
If you believe there may be a mapping issue, contact your Practice Management System vendor and ask them to verify that your system is correctly mapped to GPN.
