Yes. Under the Franchise Agreement, you must provide Vision Source with notice of changes in

the ownership of your office, and any changes in your taxpayer identification number. Failing to

provide this notice jeopardizes your good standing under the Franchise Agreement, and your

ability to receive the Dividend.
