Member Dividends are distributed on a quarterly basis and are paid directly to the member
office. Dividends are issued by either physical check or ACH, based on the payment preference
already on file within Insight. Members do not need to take any action unless they wish to
update or change their preferred payment method and may do so by contacting Vision Source
directly.
