Your Dividend is determined quarterly based on your practice’s commitment to Vision Source
branding, aligning with our Elite Vendors, and timely paying your royalty during any given
quarter. Member Dividends are issued within 60 days following the close of each quarter, with
the Dividend amount equivalent to 25% of the total royalties paid for that quarter.
