Yes. However, each individual has a separate account to help with reporting and management. If you run all the prizes through one account, it is more difficult to identify those who have received spins and those who have not.
Many practices do establish a "Spin Account" and assign all the spins earned to that account, then spin them as a group during a meeting. All the DreamBucks then accumulate in that one account and can be redeemed at the practice's discretion until December 31, 2025.
