The tool is designed for the staff user to review the patient's managed vision source care benefits and enter the necessary information. This user interface asks questions based on the prescription and lens types as well as information from their managed vision care benefits to determine the package levels and patient portion. 


The Solutions page for the patient is meant for the patient to view as the staff user explains the packages. There is a field on the Solutions page labeled 'Code' in which the discounts can be entered if offered. It has a recognized type feature so staff will need to know the promotional/discount code to type it in. 


The optician view of the Solutions page is meant specifically for the practice as it contains all the codes needed to submit for benefits and rebates. However, there is nothing in the optician view that the patient shouldn't see, other than the usual and customary pricing, but that is up to the office practice.
